Mano a Mano seeks a Manager of Finance and Administration to oversee the organization’s financial management, business systems, and administrative functions. This is a newly created position to be able to support the ongoing growth of our programs in Bolivia, and the increased administrative infrastructure needed in the US: to better fundraise, share the Mano a Mano story, and manage our diverse current and future projects and partnerships across 5 counterpart organizations (Mano a Mano US in Minnesota, and 4 counterparts in Bolivia). This position is
part of the Mano a Mano US staff and reports to the Executive Director, working alongside an additional team of one full-time staff position (Operations Manager) and a contract CPA/bookkeeping support (CliftonLarsonAllen). All responsibilities listed here are currently being done by the Executive Director (18+ years experience with Mano a Mano, 9+ as Executive Director), Operations Manager (8+ years with Mano a Mano), CLA contract bookkeeping (5+
years with Mano a Mano), and Board Chair (29+ years experience with Mano a Mano); we are looking to better distribute responsibilities across our small team with a Manager of Finance and Administration hire, and be able to grow!
